18" Complete Radius

 Our sunrooms and solariums come with an 18" bull nose for curved eave rooms was designed unlike other rooms to be installed on residential homes with 8" roof attachment height restrictions, while still being able to maintain a beautiful, continuous, complete curve.

Mechanical Glazing System

 Mechanical glazing system was designed so there would be no exposed primary sealing, caulking, or seam sealer tape that would eventually dry,crack, split, and leak. This mechanical seal leaves no guess work for the installer and maintains a consistently good seal.

Internal Drainage System

 Our garden room internal drainage systems are designed as a preventive system. Through its internal canals, this system drains unwanted water out of the room without first damaging flooring or furnishings.

Beauty Cap for Radius

 Beauty caps may not sound like a big benefit, but this detail epitomizes the high quality built into all of our garden rooms and is appealing to the eye.

Tempered Curved Glass Radius

 The optional tempered curved glass in the bull nose of our garden rooms carries a lifetime factory warranty. Available in clear, tinted, and solar cooled.   

100% D. R. Acrylic Radius

 Our garden rooms have as a standard feature 100% D. R. acrylic,which will not chip or craze. All U.V inhibitors are and integral part of the product. Unlike glass, D. R. acrylic blocks up to 95% of damaging U.V. rays.

Variable Slope Curve or Straight Eave

 We have designed all our garden rooms to adapt to virtually any type house, preventing the need for costly roof raises, cricket walls, parapit walls, etc. The variable slope roof is just one of the elements that makes our product so easy to incorporate into any home.

8' Attachment Height With 18' Projection

 Our incredibility strong product can span an 18' projection with no supporting beams or posts and attach under 8' high house roofs, in most cases eliminating the need to cut the house eave back.

Variety Of Combinations

 We have developed the ability to vary the amount of glass and solid combinations in our sunroom and solarium roofs allowing you design flexibility. From one-half solid / one-half glass, solid just under the house eave, all solid, or any variation of the two that meets your specific design needs. The glass is 1/4" laminated safety glass and the solid is 3" of R-22 polyicocianurate.

6' Long Roof Glass Available

 We make up to 6' long glass available in the roof that gives a less cluttered sky view and eliminates additional joining members which can cause potential leaks.

Choice Of Sky Vent

 We make two sizes of operable sky vents: 2" x 2" or 2" x 3". These sky vents not only bring in sunlight, but when open they allow breezes to blow through your room, which can be increased by adding an attractive ceiling fan next to the sky vent.

Fixed Skylight

 Our garden rooms have 2' x 4' fixed skylights that can be integrated into your roof system.

4' Bay Widths

 We have designed an economical version of our solarium (sunroom) with our System 2 garden room. In economizing  this room, we doubled the roof bay spacing to 4' wide, which reduces the amount of materials needed and increases the beauty of the room.

Roof Sandwich Panel

 Thermal protection. Solid roof panel is only 3" thick, but super insulated to R - 22 by using a polyiconciannurate core. A weather proof aluminum exterior skin eliminates potential rusting, and a specially treated ceiling panel warms up the inside appearance of your room. This solid roof provides greater insulation than most new house roofs and reduces cleaning maintenance of the room.

Stainless Steel Fasteners

 We have designed into our products a stainless steel machine fastener for the garden rooms roof and wall areas. These fasteners prevent rust while maintaining the strength of steel. Also newly designed, is its self-adjusting glazing system that prevents leaks as well as over tightening which prevents roof glass breakage.

Tempered Rafters

 We have seen to it that all of our garden room structural components are tempered to the high level of T-6. This is particularly important with the roof rafters because these rafters support heavy amounts of glass and/or solid ceiling panels over your family's living area. No cutting corners to save money can be tolerated in this area of our products.

Comfort Control Shutter System

Comfort Control Shutter System is possibly the greatest break through in "Year-Round Living" for our garden rooms. This system allows you to control the mood of your room at a flick of the wrist, but they are priced so every customer can afford these easy-glide, comfort-control shutters on your solarium or sunroom.
